Standard Returns

• 30-day returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
• This applies to all serums, creams, masks, and other skincare formulations
• Opened products may be eligible for exchange if defective

How to Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Ship the product back to us in original packaging
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
